Guidelines for Preparation of ORAL Presentations

  1. All the oral presentations will be given in English.
  2. Speakers have been allocated the following time slots.

    • Plenary Speakers: 45 minutes total: 40 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
    • Invited Speakers: 30 minutes total: 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
    • Contributed Talks: 15 minutes total: 13 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
  3. To ensure that the session does not exceed the allocated time all the presenting authors are kindly requested to finish their talk within the allocated time.
  4. To make sure that the session runs smoothly, authors are requested to check well in advance the exact location of the room where their session is going to be held, as indicated in the Program schedule. Authors should show up 30 minutes before the beginning of their session. There will be a computer in each room where all the presentations of the session have to be transferred before the beginning of the session. Technical assistance for audio-video will be available in each room.

Guidelines for Preparation of Posters

Poster screen
The screen for the poster display is 150 cm (height) x 100 cm (width), (portrait form). The surface is fabric and the posters will be mounted with pins provided by the organisers.

Mounting and dismounting

The poster screens will be available for mounting:

Poster session 1:
Monday September 13.  From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Mounting:            From 10:00 a.m., September 13.
Dismounting:        by 6:00 p.m., September 13.

Poster session 2:
Tuesday September 14.  From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Mounting:            From 9:00 a.m. September 14.
Dismounting:        by 6:00 p.m., September 14.

Poster session 3:
Thursday September 16.  From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Mounting:            From 9:00 a.m. September 16.
Dismounting:        by 6:00 p.m., September 16.

The organizers will remove all the posters that have not been dismounted in time
